School Accreditation

National Homeschool is an Accredited Homeschool Program, and is known as the best homeschool program around. Homeschooling by its very nature is schooling at home by parents or those who the parent designates to educate their children in a home atmosphere. In most cases, state accreditation requires certified teachers, on-site schools, a certain amount of books in the library, and a certain amount of students in the school. Because of this, private Christian schools concerned about a mastery of basic academic skills and character values based on Biblical principles must seek accreditation from non-state accreditation programs such as the National Association of Private Schools by which the National Homeschool is accredited. We strive to provide quality Christian Learning Programs to all students of all ages and walks of life.

Our Christian based educational program quality assurance is self-evident from our accreditation with the National Association of Private Schools. We take that accreditation seriously and with much pride. Upon graduating from our academy, the student’s diploma has been accepted by colleges and employers across the country as an accredited homeschool diploma enabling graduates to receive scholarships and financial aid that a student with a public school diploma may receive.

National Homeschool provides an educational program based on mastery of course material which focuses on the level of instruction being held to the textbook “individualized learning materials,” not on the level of the class. In essence, the student earns the grade instead of being passed from grade to grade through “exposure instruction,” without mastery.

How Does Homeschooling Work With The National Homeschool?

Students are enrolled in an accredited homeschool academy.
National Homeschool Homeschooling is a full service academy where students are enrolled in an accredited homeschool academy. National Homeschool serves students from Pre-Kindergarten through Senior High School. We accept credits earned from previous schools and follow the traditional guidelines for graduation. National Homeschool keeps academic records, Student Academic Transcripts, and issue a High School Diploma upon graduation. Academy graduates have entered the work place, private business, military service, colleges and are eligible for college scholarships.

Parents are trained how to homeschool with individualized self-instructional curriculum.
National Homeschool serves as the school office for homeschooling, the home is the classroom, the parent or designated person is the homeschool supervisor and the student learns from assigned self-instructional/individualized curriculum. The parent is trained to homeschool using National Homeschool Homeschooling program with a homeschool manual sent to the home of the parent. While taking the training, the parent learns the essentials of how to homeschool in the privacy of their home. The parent is sent a certificate of training upon successfully completing the training program.

Monthly tuition covers all the costs of homeschooling.
The monthly tuition cost includes all services and learning materials. This includes all professional services such as record keeping, transcripts, report cards, academic projections for graduation, phone tech service and all curriculum (books) or (on-line) needed for your homeschool experience. The tuition covers all costs of online christian homeschooling with the National Homeschool.

National Homeschool keeps all records, offers a diploma and graduation package.
After the student assignments are completed and the student tests are graded, the student tests are sent to National Homeschool for auditing and record keeping. As the best online homeschool program, we pride ourselves in having staff available to assist you either in our office or by phone or email. National Homeschool offers a yearly High School, graduation package for graduating seniors at a local graduation presentation.

Transfers To State Accredited Public Schools

Students entering back into a state-accredited public school from the National Homeschool may be tested by the receiving public school to determine if he/she should be placed in the desired grade level, or if certain credits may be transferred to the receiving school. For additional information concerning re-entry into the public school system, call our office and ask to speak to the administrator.

College Entrance

National Homeschool accredited homeschool program graduates are accepted at colleges and universities, however, some colleges may wish to validate the high school diploma before the admission of the student may be approved. Private Colleges and Online Private Colleges follow different policies for admission and may require other options for college admission.
